Cut-A-Rama 2015 - Mildura

Just Cuts™ Stylists are proud to be getting involved with this fantastic event by working together to raise money for the Royal Flying Doctor Service, with their annual 17th Cut-A-Rama event. The Outback Car Trek is an annual event that donates the funds it raises each year to The Royal Flying Doctor Service. This year, Cut-A-Rama will be held on Saturday 30th May at Mildura NSW with over 300 people expected to attend. Just Cuts™ endeavours to raise over $7,000 as they cut, style and colour their way through the crowd over a three hour period, from 6 pm – 9 pm. Cut-A-Rama is the kick off event to the Royal Flying Doctor Outback Car Trek. Held the night before the trek begins, drivers are proud to support and sport the crazy hair styles throughout the trek before heading back to their normal day-to-day lives. This being the 26th Anniversary of the trek promises that this year’s Cut-A-Rama event will be the most craziest and funniest yet! Each year, game participants and onlookers donate thousands of dollars to see their friends’ hair shaved, cut or sprayed with the most vivacious colours. There will be styles more outrageous than one could ever dream of. From mowhawks, leopard spots and logos to rainbow coloured hair spray, Just Cuts™ stylists do them all. “I’m extremely proud that Just Cuts™ is participating in this event for the 17th consecutive year. This annual event is very close to my heart and I’m very happy to be associated with a national charity such as the Royal Flying Doctors Service. We’re expecting it to be bigger and crazier than ever,” says Just Cuts founder, CEO and dedicated trekker, Denis McFadden. The 26th Anniversary Royal Flying Doctor Outback Trek commences the morning of Sunday 31st May and continues over the next ten days travelling through remote NSW, QLD and NT towns. In order of destination: Mildura – Burra – Yunta – Packsaddle – Fords Bridge – Narrabri – Stanthorpe –finishing up in the afternoon at Byron Bay on Sunday 6th June.
